What we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can make us do about it.
Your email, phone number, name, date of birth, address and identity documents where verification is required. Payment details go directly to our payment partners and are not stored on our systems in full — we hold only a token and the last four digits.
Trades, deposits, withdrawals, copy relationships, provider follows, support conversations, and device and connection data including IP address, browser and device type. The technical data is what lets us detect account takeover, which is why it is collected even from people who would rather it was not.
To operate your account, execute and settle your trades, meet anti-money-laundering and sanctions obligations, prevent fraud, support you when something goes wrong, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
Nothing identifying. A strategy provider sees aggregate copier counts and the total capital following them as a percentage. They do not see your name, email, balance, country or any other attribute, and there is no mechanism through which they could request it.
Identity verification providers, payment processors handling your deposits, cloud infrastructure providers under contract, and regulators or law enforcement where a valid legal request compels it. Each category is bound by contract to use the data only for the purpose it was shared for.
Account and transaction records are retained for the period required by financial regulation after account closure, typically five to seven years depending on jurisdiction. Marketing preferences and analytics data are deleted sooner. Retention is a legal obligation, not a choice, which is why closing an account does not erase everything immediately.
Request a copy of your data, correct anything inaccurate, object to processing for marketing, or request deletion where no retention duty applies. Write to privacy@spheresinvest.online and we respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with the outcome you can complain to your local data protection authority.
