Partnership

Introducing broker

For partners who bring and manage a book of clients rather than simply referring traffic.

How it differs from affiliate

An affiliate sends a link. An introducing broker onboards clients, supports them, and holds an ongoing relationship — so the commission is higher, the reporting is deeper, and the obligations are real. IBs get a sub-account view of their book, aggregate reporting and a dedicated relationship manager.

Commercials

Negotiated per partner against expected volume, typically above the top affiliate tier, with a rebate structure covering trading fees and profit share. Paid monthly with a full statement showing the calculation per client.

Requirements

A registered business entity, appropriate licensing in your jurisdiction where the activity requires it, and completion of our partner due diligence. We check licensing seriously — an IB operating without required authorisation creates exposure for their clients as much as for us.

What you can and cannot do

You can onboard, educate and support your clients. You cannot trade their accounts, hold their funds, guarantee returns, or present yourself as an employee. Discretionary management requires separate authorisation that an IB agreement does not confer.

Applying

Write to partners@spheresinvest.online with your entity details, licensing position, target market and expected client volume.
