Why this page exists

Impersonation is how most people in this industry lose money — far more than exchange failures or hacks. Scammers copy branding pixel for pixel, register domains one character off the real one, and message users claiming to be support, a provider, or a recovery service. Checking takes ten seconds and it is the single highest-value habit you can build.

What we never do

These are absolute. There is no exception, no special case and no senior person who is allowed to override them.

  • We never ask for your password
  • We never ask for a 2FA code
  • We never ask for a seed phrase
  • We never message you first asking you to move funds
  • We never charge a fee to release a withdrawal
  • We never ask you to install remote-access software
  • We never guarantee a return on any strategy

The recovery scam

People who have already lost money are targeted a second time by someone offering to recover it for an upfront fee. There is no such service — funds sent to a blockchain address cannot be reversed by anyone, including us, including law enforcement. Anyone promising recovery is stealing from you twice.

Fake provider accounts

Scammers impersonate popular strategy providers on social platforms and offer "direct" copying outside the platform, usually asking you to send funds to a wallet. Real providers cannot receive your funds — copying only ever happens inside your own account. Any request to send money to a provider is fraud by definition.

Reporting an impersonator

Send screenshots, the account handle or domain, and any messages to security@spheresinvest.online. We file takedowns daily and reports from users are how most of them start.
